Hi-Visc Homecare economy replacement mattress is made of energy-absorbing, temperature sensitive material that responds to heat and moulds itself uniformly around the patient. Visco elastics work by conforming to the contours of the body shape reducing pressure to an absolute minimum.

- zip opening is set inboard and underneath of the cover, which ensures the mattress being used the correct way up. It minimises the risk of contamination: underneath zips avoid long upper side seams which risk ingress of fluids; fluids will not rise upwards.
