FIRST LAMB - 100% Pure Wool nursing fleece

Key features at a glance

• First Lamb has the unique ability to absorb perspiration, thus preventing the skin from becoming 'clammy'.  This allows the skin to breath more effectively.
• First Lamb is exothermic.  Unlike polyester fleeces, wool can absorb up to 33% of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp (compared with polyester's 5%). Wool will not feel cold even when dump.
• First Lamb has a remarkable natural resilience.  It’s high density 1" deep pile distributes pressure more evenly, giving immediate comfort and relief.
• First Lamb has a gentle touch that prevents friction burns from abrasive sheets.

OMNIPAD - hospital quality polyester nursing fleece

Key features at a glance

• Omnipad's soft and kind feel minimises the friction against hard bed sheets.  Its 1" deep pile helps give comfort to the patient at a time  of stress.
• Omnipad's permeable back allows air circulation and minimizes a build up of moisture.
• As part of a pressure care program, Omnipad helps spread the patient's weight away from the vulnerable high-pressure spots.  It retains its resilience even after prolonged loading.
• Omnipad is non toxic, non-irritant to skin, will not support bacterial growth and is suitable for placing directly next to the skin.
