Hi-Visc cushion provides a high level of comfort and pressure redistribution. The pressure care cushion is made from an energy-absorbing, temperature sensitive material that responds to heat and moulds itself uniformly around the patient. Visco-elastic work by conforming to the contours of the body shape reducing pressure to an absolute minimum. This allows patients to benefit from the maximum support and pressure protection, without the pressure or discomfort that is often associated with sitting. |

Key features at a glance
- Superior positioning and stability due to better anatomical contouring: Visco-elastic foam creates a natural pommel and trough effect acting against knee rotation.
- Re-adjusts to any positional change of the body and re-moulds within just 10 seconds.
- Minimises friction and shear.
- The cushion is extremely robust, so there is less need to worry about it being damaged.
- Zip opening is set inboard and underneath of the cover, which ensures the mattress being used the correct way up. It minimises the risk of contamination: underneath zips avoid long upper side seams which risk ingress of fluids; fluids will not rise upwards.
