We can design and manufacture:
- most of our range in any size needed (mattresses, cushions, side rail bumpers and fleeces)
- bespoke Bariatric equipment
- specialised two or three section mattresses/overlays to fit specialist profiling beds
- mattress gap infills – to help eliminate the patients injuries by entrapping their limbs in the gap between a mattress and a side rail
- wide mattresses with “foldable side arms” for easy transport
- crash mats
- foam wedges and ramps
- wheelchair foam sag infills
- special size equipment carrier bags
- other 'made to measure' products
- all using either waterproof and breathable PU, waterproof towelling or polycotton material fabrics
